About OrthoFlow

Rehabilitation, the way it should have always worked

Founded in 2008, OrthoFlow grew from a two-room spine clinic into an internationally recognised institute — without ever losing the habit that built it: honest answers, measured progress, and full-hour appointments.

Our story

Built by a clinician who was tired of watching patients get less than they deserved

After a decade inside hospital spine units, Dr. Elena Vasquez kept meeting the same patient: over-scanned, over-medicated, under-rehabilitated — and quietly losing faith that anything could change. OrthoFlow was her answer. A clinic where the first appointment lasts a full hour. Where a diagnosis is explained in plain language. Where progress is measured with instruments, not adjectives.

Eighteen years later, the institute spans two locations, a performance laboratory and a team of specialists trained across four continents. The technology has changed beyond recognition. The habit hasn't: we treat people, we measure everything, and we tell the truth about both.

What we stand for

Four principles, applied daily

Honesty before revenue

If you don't need treatment, we say so. If progress stalls, we change course or refer on. Our reputation compounds; short-term billing doesn't.

Evidence as a compass

Protocols are rebuilt annually against current research. When the science moves, our practice moves with it — and we retire what stops earning its place.

The person, not the scan

Imaging findings age; goals don't. Every plan starts with what you want your body to do again — then works backwards to the biology.

Stronger than before

Returning to baseline is a low bar. We discharge patients when they're measurably more capable than before the injury — that's the standard.
